Payment, refund and service policies
OK Taxi 2299 offers several payment methods:
- Cash to the driver. Payment is made directly to the driver in cash after the provision of transportation services.
- By credit card. The service is paid in the mobile application when choosing this payment method.
- From the bonus account. After accumulating the required number of bonuses to pay for the trip, the client can pay with bonuses using the mobile application, if the destination of the trip is indicated.
- Google and Apple pay. Payment is made by using the mobile application when choosing this method of payment and if the client has Google or Apple pay.
If the transportation service has not been provided, the client can count on a refund.

Funds for the trip are returned to the client’s card, after processing the return.
OK Taxi 2299 provides such a range of services:
- Transportation of private passengers.
- Order business class cars or minivans to meet business partners.
- An order to transport workers to the place of work or delivery at the end of work (daily and round-the-clock).
- Serving corporate events.
- Car monitor – transportation of children (under 14 years old) to school, various groups, etc.
- Towing a faulty vehicle using our vehicle.
- A driver service for transporting a passenger in his car.
- Delivery of important goods and documentation by courier.
